Art is a journey . . .

I enjoy creating in many different art mediums and styles. I tend to move back and forth between art projects...life is too short to stay with one medium.
Art has always been an important part of my life.
A journey rather than a destination.
Over the years, I've sold my work at art shows, galleries and open studio events. I've painted, printed, sculpted, created artists' books and dabbled with a variety of craft projects. Additionally, I've conducted workshops and painted murals. I've designed a greeting card line and an ornament line, judged and curated exhibits and operated my own galleries.
My greatest creative satisfaction came from operating the galleries. Promoting, displaying and selling the work of other artists is an art form in itself.
I have recently retired as an art retailer after more than twenty years as owner of Connextions Gallery, a Northern California contemporary art collective, with locations in Sausalito, St. Helena and Healdsburg and as a partner in The Artful Eye Gallery in Cloverdale.
